1. Acceptance

By using keysestate.com you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may revise these terms from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.

2. Eligibility

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that social gaming of this kind is lawful where you are. We may restrict access where we believe this is not the case.

3. Social gaming only

KeysEstate offers free social gaming for entertainment purposes. There is no real-money wagering, no opportunity to win money or anything of value, and no gambling service of any description offered through this site. Virtual coins are a scoring device with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, goods, or prizes, and they carry no entitlement of any kind. Success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Your use of the site

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site; not to attempt to manipulate game logic, balances, or results; not to use automated means to access or play; not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the site or its code beyond what the law permits; and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Availability

We provide the site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw the site or the game at any time without notice. Game balances are not saved and no restoration of a past session is possible or offered.

6. Intellectual property

The KeysEstate name, the design of this site, the artwork, the game, and its text are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial enjoyment; any other use requires our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and for loss of virtual coins, results, or session data, which by design are not preserved. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party links

Where the site links to third-party material, we do not control and are not responsible for that material or its content.

9. Termination

We may withdraw access to the site from any user who breaches these terms. You may stop using the site at any time; since there is no account, nothing further is required of you.
